I agree with reviewer who advised Sal's employees to do better, you should be embarrassed by what you put out. Slice of Old Forge Pizza was hard to bite into and chew. Slice Steak and Onion pizza was okay, not great. Had to remove browned Lettuce and shriveled up Cherry Tomato. Obviously made by someone who doesn't care. I asked for Garlic knot instead of roll that comes with meal. Guy thought I said Garlic bread and put Garlic on both sides of a hoagie roll...? That's not how you make Garlic bread. Garlic knot was not good either. Spaghetti with Meat sauce was watery and needed Salt.

We pre ordered a cheese pizza and pepperoni pizza and two hoagies for a small get together and requested a pick up time. Everything was ready when we arrived..pizzas just came out of the oven. Hoagies were very fresh.Our gathering of 6 was very pleased with the food. We will return for another pizza soon. We always try to support a family business .

Ordered a white pizza,cheesesteak( cheese and meat only) , and a turkey hoagie. Taste of everything was mediocre, the cheesesteak had little to zero cheese( u can see the pic). Definitely a once and done place. Too expensive for something that just wasn't worth it. Had to reheat the pizza which was no biggy and a blah hoagie. UPDATE: I actually forgot I ordered from and tried again now it's even worse. We got the wrong pizza, a California chicken sandwich that didn't have mayo, lettuce or tomato, and a cheese steak again that is super blah and tasted of nothing. Don't go here ever!!! We didn't order ciclian and got one. Whoever your chef is fire them immediately. This place is horrible and I hope they go out of business!!! Waste of money!!!! You are better off eating a bread and butter sandwich. Do better you should be embarrassed by what you put out!

The pizza here is unlike any you have tasted yet... it could be a global phenomenon with how incredibe it is! The staff is friendly, they have a HUGE selection of beer and spirits available! The menu includes a multitude of mouthwatering dishes! The atmosphere will also bedazzle you due to the fact that there are lovely Italian paintings adorning the walls and beautiful hand-painted dishes on display (almost as if Picasso himself painted them). STOP IN FOR YOURSELF GET TAKE-OUT, OR DINE-IN & ENJOY WHAT IS REALLY A MAGNIFICENT ALLENTOWN STAPLE!

Such a great stop in the Allentown area! We loved the great traditional pizza!! We tried a few different options already prepared that were quickly heated in the oven. We appreciated the free soda refills. Definitely worth trying if passing nearby!
